This policy explains what personal data QR Demand Planning collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the application.
2. Data we collect
Account data such as name, work email and organization; operational data such as sign-in events and audit logs; and the business data you upload, which is sales history and related commercial attributes rather than personal data in most cases.
3. Why we process it
To authenticate users, provide and support the service, produce forecasts for your organization, secure the platform against abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process account and operational data to perform our contract with your organization and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Uploaded business data is processed on your organization's instructions.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We use a limited set of infrastructure and email providers acting as processors under contract, and we disclose data only where legally required.
6. Security
Data is isolated per organization, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. Access is logged.
7. Retention
Account and business data are retained while your organization is active and for a limited period afterwards to allow export and meet legal requirements, then deleted.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Requests can be sent through the contact form.
