1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using QR Demand Planning you agree to these terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Access to the service
Access is granted to named users through accounts created for your organization. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity carried out under your accounts.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the sales history and other data you upload. You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to operate the service and produce forecasts for your organization. We do not use your data to train models for other customers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to process data you have no lawful right to process.
5. Forecasts and decisions
Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees. They are provided as inputs to your planning process. You remain responsible for the commercial decisions you take based on them.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate access in line with the applicable agreement. On termination you may request an export of your data, after which it will be deleted according to our retention schedule.
